Five years back, when he was 23, he decided to leave his home country Italy behind and travel to Asia together with his girlfriend Jessica Lancia. They continued their adventure and lived and worked for a year in New Zealand. It was during this year that Marco started to connect with landscapes. The only thing that was missing was a camera which he got on his second trip to New Zealand a year later. It was during that visit he met Max Rive – who initially thought that Marco had many years of experience when seeing his photos for the first time. After this visit both Max and Marco started to work together on various collaborations with great success.
